• Use of entire property land for parking, choice of wedding area, tent set up and picture areas

• Unlimited amount of bonfires
• The Dell staff parking attendant
• The Dell Staff will decorate property (renter is responsible for providing decorations)
• Drop off of bridal party to ceremony site with horse and carriage
• Pick up of Bride and Groom from ceremony site with horse and carriage
• 1 hour of picture time with horse and carriage
